Hi, my name is Aisyah Rozi. This is my personal blog where I share my life experience, thoughts, ideas and occasionally, my projects. Recently, however, I share a lot about being a young mother. I'm also a YouTuber, so do checkout my channel! <3

Can you keep a secret?

It’s been quite a while since I last met Eddie. I’ve been missing him a lot, his voice actually. It’s probably triggered by this romantic comedy novel I was reading. So, in the middle of reading (literally middle of reading since I was right at the middle of the book, haha) I called him up. I knew he’d be asleep but I called him anyway. Ha ha, I’m so bad, I know ;p

So we had our lovey dovey talk, (Ha ha) and before we hung up, I told him about the book I was reading. Perhaps it was a desperate attempt to make myself seem a little more intelligent. Or trying to make myself into believing that it was a productive thing, improving my grammar as an excuse. ha ha.

“Oh, I shall be going now. I need to finish my book. Oh, right, I’m actually reading a book! It’s been a while” I said to him.

“oh, what book?”

“Can you keep a secret? I bought it yesterday” I giggled as I replied embarrassed by the fact that it’s a fictional book in comparison to all the factual books he’s actually into.

“They sell books in Taylor’s?”

“Nah, it’s just that there was a booth in college, and they were selling all this kinds of books and I got tempted, I just had to buy it when I saw the title,” I continued.

“Who’s the author?” he asked.

“It’s Sophie Kinsella. Apparently it’s the author of Confessions of A Shopaholic”

“Oh, I’ve never read that one. So, what’s the name of the book?”

“Can you keep a secret?”

“Okay. What’s the name of the book?”

“What do you mean? Like the publisher?” I said, baffled.

“No, the title of the book”

“Honey, the title of the book is, Can You Keep A Secret?”

“OHHHH”

We both burst into laughters, and I just couldn’t stop laughing. It was so silly. Kinda reminds me of a scene in “Dude, where’s my car” when they got a new tattoo. hahaha. He even had to stop me from laughing too much because of my coughs. haha.

I kinda thought it’d be funny to show the book to Aida because just last week, she was crazy about this amazing song.
