This is a very ready-to-use theme. Even if you are very, very new to wordpress.

1. Download the theme and unzip it
2. Open about.txt and edit the file. Write whatever that you like.
3. Upload /simply candylicious/ into wordpress/wp-content/themes/ directory
4. Login to your wordpress. Go to presentation and activate the theme
5. If you haven’t create your links and archives pages yet, go to write >> pages and create an empty page with the slug “links” (without the quotes) and select links for the template (you can find it on your right at the very same page). Do the same for your archives page. The page will then automatically created. And the link to the page will magically appear.
6. Oh, that’s all!

If you want to change the number of posts to appear on archive, (that’s the page when you are viewing posts in a specific category, or a month) go to options » reading and edit the posts per page setting.

Note: You cannot change the number of posts to display on the main page. If you want to display multiple posts you will need to edit the index.php file. To do so, you must delete line 3 of the file, which is:

<?php query_posts('posts_per_page=1'); ?>

This piece of code overwrites the posts per page setting. If you want to display different number of posts on the index page than the archive page, simply change the number 1 to the number of posts you want to display. Change the number to -1, to show all posts. Simple, right?

23. Fuss a little, then take a nap.
24. Wear red gym shoes.
25. Put way too much sugar on your cereal.
26. Make cool screeching noises every time you turn a corner.
27. Giggle a lot for no reason.
28. Give yourself a gold star for everything you do today.
