The amazing shopping experience

I was so bored today yesterday. In the morning, I was dying of boredom, I swear. I couldn’t stop thinking about someone and I was a little depressed or sad (I’m not sure. but I guess it was frustration) because that someone was ignoring me. probably. I don’t know.

I knew what was the best thing to do; the effective retail therapy.

So, I phoned Azima and asked her out to Pyramid. but nayh, pyramid is BORING. I’ve been there like a 1000 times . No, make it a million times and I can even tell if someone was wearing a top bought from there. Azima too. So, I thought, “hey, why not go to Bangsar?” :cheer:

One problem though. I never drove to Bangsar before. I know it’s in KL. :shift: I just didn’t how to get there. *shame* But thanks to Fahtz for his clear directions, we didn’t get lost at all. At some point I didn’t follow his instruction but it turned out to be the right one. :hehe: Fahtz is caring enough that he called me when I was doing my shopping. I didn’t tell him that we already got there so maybe he was worried that we got lost. :hehe:

Story short, we got there aound 4.30pm. and…

OMG. It was an amazing shopping trip. Probably ever. The stuffs there were so cheap! Imagine getting pretty pieces with almost the same quality but at for way, way affordable prices compared to Topshop, Zara, Esprit, Seed, Dorothy Perkins and all those labels. The pieces look almost the same though. But since they are less popular, chances of you getting bummed into someone wearing the same outfits as you are very low.

It was supposed to be a little shopping, remember? Just 1 or 2 tops, maybe. but I bought like 4 pieces. There were actually more, but I didn’t want to be greedy. huhu.

*colours in the pictures vary.

dress.jpgbabydoll.jpg

I love the dress. I knew the dress was made for me the moment I saw it and I didn’t think twice. I just bought it. And the babydoll cardigan.. ah, I’ve always wanted one :hehe: …and it doesn’t make me look fat! :cheer:
The dress was zipped only halfway on the mannequin because the dress is too tight for it. (Hey, does that mean I’m skinnier than a mannequin’s body?) :p

sexyback.jpg

I love this piece. I especially love its colour…and the sexy back! but I won’t wear too revealing outfit. This baby blue top is actually the perfect match for the purple babydoll cardigan. I know, purple is a rare colour. Surprisingly, it matches perfectly with baby blue! I’ve never seen anybody match purple with baby blue but I did and I like so much! So, don’t be afraid to match them up, girls! (First seen at Aisyahrozi.com! teehee.. :hehe: )

shirt.jpg

This shirt is so cute! The graphic is a little bit emo but still cute! I know, again, this colour is rare. But hey, I’m looking for something fresh here. I want more vibrant colours in my wardrobe. I want to trash those boring black/white/brown colours and start something new. Plus, the colours make me feel perked up! ;) Go fuchsia instead of pink, turquoise instead of mild blue, dark blue or maroon instead of black. Get it? Matching up the colours is fun!

Tops only? Yes, I only focus on particular colours/type of stuffs to buy. It speeds up the process. This time, I was only looking for tops. Everything in my wardrobe makes me look fat. so I yeah, I need new tops. I’m sick of everything in my wardrobe. Everything.
Okay, fine. Not exactly everything but almost.

All of these tops were bought in less than 2 hours. What a record! And guess how much all of these summed up? Freaking RM108! Yes, RM108. Once, I shopped from 1pm to 9pm and I spent almost RM300 (probably more) on a pair of shoes, a leather bag and a sweater. but I like all of them so it was worth it. Still, compared to these…

I don’t want to tell you where exactly in Bangsar did I got all these because I don’t want everyone to shop at the same place! but if you really want to know where, just hit me. :p I’ll definitely go there again sometime soon to get some bags, shoes and accessories. :D

So, this therapy worked like a charm. My mood is perked up. I’m happy. That someone wasn’t in my mind (except when I was driving, :)) ). And I don’t feel fat anymore. I had a lot of fun! :cheer:

I love shopping. I love myself. :p

And oh, thanks so much, Azima.

EDIT: Just now, Azima went to the same shop where I bought my purple cardigan and the baby blue top but in Subang Jaya and she saw they pair up those two! Dang it! I wanted to be the first to match up those colours. I swear I didn’t see they pair up those two yesterday. In fact, the cardigan and the top was put so far away from each other. Coincidence? :straight:

p.s, sorry, quite of a boring post. I’m tired and I’m not having my daily dose of Mars bars.

p.p.s, There’s something wrong with my digicam so I took the picture using a camera phone. That’s why the quality is very low. and yes, I do have some mannequins at home. My mum owns a boutique.

nice piece and choice of color..
but the blue tops…when u match it with the purple cardigan..
doesn’t that make the front become bulge..(the button area) because of the ribbon.maybe i’m imagining things.. :p
bright color make u standout more when u walk with your friend..especially when all your friend are attractive..haha..(its the way to survive..) XD
