An impossible mission
Gosh, since yesterday, my website was down, and I didn’t even know about it since the internet got cut off. My dad forgot to pay the bill. Again. Sad, sad, sad. Now, I’m using wireless internet with my laptop at Azima’s place. My dad promised to pay the bill ASAP so I hope the internet will be back on by tomorrow.
So, what was I going to blog about? hm…
Oh yes. The UiTM interview went well. I’m not sure if I’m going to get a place in the university but I hope I will. Most candidates there came with their parents (or the parents drop them there, at least). Gosh, how I thought everyone came on their own; but it seemed like I was the only one who showed up without my parents. LOL!
Well, this is not what this entry is all about. It’s about a mission.
After the interview, I asked Azima out.
Me: Babe, let’s go out. :D
Azima: Lets! Just the two of us! 
Me: yeah! Just the two of us! :D
Azima: So, where are we going to?
Me: Just anywhere, but home. Do you want to shop? 
Azima: No shopping, PLEASE!
Me: Ok, then. I’m broke, anyway. Let’s go to where there is cute guys. 
Azima: yeah, lets! 
Me: but… Where?
Azima: One Utama! 
Me: Awesome, no shopping, this is a hunt for cute guys. :))
Azima: Yep, no shopping, I’m broke.
So yeah, our mission was to find some cute guys to hook up with.
So, then, by we went to OU. We got lost a bit (not really lost but we took the wrong path and ended up using a longer route, damn it!). The first shop that I saw was Nose and I could smell some pretty shoes in store and I knew that I just needed to take a peek. “Eat first!” says, Azima.
Initially we wanted to eat at Burger’s King but I just didn’t feel like eating burgers so we ate at some Big Apple’s donuts instead. We ate at the the outermost table so that we can have a good look on some cute guys. Remember: our mission was to hunt for guys to hook up. Cute and hot guys. This is an impossible mission, definitely. Anyways, I ate 3 sinful donuts. Aisyah, remember this?

After we finished our donuts, I withdrew some cash from the ATM and headed to WH. And then Topshop. Azima couldn’t resist a top so she bought a piece. Then we went to Nose and I found my angel; a platform. and OMG OMG OMG OMG!! I LOVE the shoes and I just had to have it. RM89.00. Congratulations, Aisyah. What ever happned to no-shopping thing? LOL.
Then, we went to Forever 21 and yawned and then… fast forward -we went to Zara and, and and… OMG OMG! I felt like I wanted to buy like 3 pieces but since I had no money, I bought only one piece of top. I absolutely adore it. That’s another RM99. Nice. 
Now, we had our lusts fulfilled, money gone but satisfied, but we had no guys. At all! The guys didn’t even look at us! *Ehem* let me rephrase that. No hot guys even look at us. Damn it. Are we that ugly? LOL. Oh, no. Azima is really pretty. So it must’ve been me. Sorry, Azima. I’m too ugly that you can’t even get a hot guy to hook up with.

Okay, maybe it’s just that we looked highly unapproachable. *Trying to comfort myself here* LOL.
So our mission failed, terribly.
But we had a lot of fun. I love you Azima!
p.s, I know that the idea of finding guys at the shopping mall is just ridiculous. LOL.
p.p.s, (14/4/08) the internet didn’t got cut off. It turned out that it was streamyx’s problem. my dad actually paid more. the company owes my dad over a hundred bucks. *sigh*

I’ve been visiting so much times during the day hoping for it to be back, I’m glad that it is though.

Anyway I applaud your courage for attending the interivew alone! A few weeks ago I was called down to Singapore for an interview and most of the candidates have their parents with them. I felt so out of place because I was there alone! But I felt so different - I’m a little braver and more independent now, haha
I don’t know where girls go to oogle at guys. I’ve asked my cousin breifly about this and she says the best way is to go to those cafe’s like Coffeebean or Starbucks, or those *authentic, genuine* CD shops. There’s a high chance of getting a nice one there, I was told

Public college/unis are packed with Malays and Malays are Malays. (I’m not being stereotypical here, I’m a Malay too!) Hence, the reason why my parents suddenly let me get into a private college is that they want me to compete with variety of people of different standards and gain more exposure so that I will be very well-prepared for the though world.

everyone is subject to change his/her mind, isn’t it. initially, I attended the UiTM interview just to get some experience but my parents said to give it a try. they said something about campus life that private colleges don’t have.
I still regret about UiTM not having multi-racial students, though. There’s a joke going around that it’s University Tolong Melayu. no offense. oh, well. whatever. it saves money. heheh. actually, the main thing is it’s established and recognised. :)

First thing. UiTM is a great place to continue your study. doesn’t matter if all are malay or not , it depends on you , you just have to be good whenever you are. relaks .
Owh , taking art and design?. I hope you didnt stuck up at my uni . which the only one that hv an art and design faculty(besides shah alam campus).

yeah, it is. i agree, (based on what i’ve heard). it actually depends on what you want actually. if you really want to study, go to UiTM. if you want to want to have fun go to college since colleges are usually in the middle of the city. public unis are somewhere in the jungle so therefore, less distractions. hahah.
your campus is the only one that has AD? AD (graphics) are available in Perak, Melacca, Sarawak and Kedah right. Shah Alam got no dips but degrees only except for this one course which I forgot what it is. heh.where is your campus lah?
